Our accounting procedures follow Generally Accepted Accounting  Principles (GAAP). We provide timely and accurate financial reporting. Our services include, but are not limited to full charge bookkeeping, assessment collection, budget preparation, and preparation of monthly financial statements.

Our team is well versed in common area maintenance. We work closely with your chosen venders to ensure your HOA gets the attention it deserves. If issues arise, your community will receive our prompt attention to limit any down time of services. 

We offer full administration support to the Board, Committees and homeowners. Our belief is communication is key and we offer each member their own personal portal login. This allows them to access real-time information for their account, violations, and architectural requests.

Neighborly offers a secure portal for all members of your community. This portal can be used for many things, to include paying assessments, track and submit architectural requests, and contact the NCM team.
